Moving On

Berger

It's been a long, excruciating wait, but we're finally scheduled to sign the papers and get the keys to our house this week. We were originally supposed to close on the 11th, but one thing led to the next, and the date was pushed back. All I can say is that I'm glad Matt and I gave ourselves plenty of time to vacate our unit. We wanted to use that extra time for painting the walls and staining the floors before we moved everything in, but we'll just have to find a way to maneuver around our stuff.

Berger

Right now, Matt and I are living amongst boxes. And while it stresses me out a little, Berger doesn't seem to mind.

How exciting...it won't be long until you have that key in your hand and you are tuning the knob of your own home. I am very happy for you and Matt. It will be so much fun to have you share all of the little touches you put on the place and won't the Holidays be fun...Hooray!!!!!

Love that Berger isn't phased by any of it. xxoo

The only advice I have is to label your boxes for the rooms you'd like then to go in, and stack them all agains one wall in the room. Also put 'urgent' on the stuff you'll need immediately. That way furniture and stuff can still go in, and you can live relatively comfortably until you are painted and can unpack properly.

Also, HURRAH!
