I've never tried out this new pizza with an egg on top shindig, but the idea is starting to grow on me. I'm a fan of my poached eggs, and the texture looks slightly similar...yum!
I've been telling Josh we need/MUST make breakfast pizza sometime. The eggs are calling my name!
