Mint Tea
15-20 fresh mint leaves
3(ish) cups water
Green tea (optional)

Gently rinse the leaves to remove dirt and debris, and set aside. Boil the water in a saucepan. Turn off the heat and add the leaves, allowing the mint to steep for 4-5 minutes. If desired, add a tea bag or infuser of green tea for 3 minutes. Strain the liquid into mugs and enjoy.

I have chocolate mint that might be done like this too. Your photos are always lovely and I would really like to know how you get them so large. Good to have you back...you've been missed.
