Good morning! I hope you had a fun Mother's Day weekend. Matt and I spent the day over at his parent's house, filling our bellies and watching The King's Speech. It was so cozy and warm over there that we had to take a quick stroll around the block (in the rain) to wake ourselves up when we got home.
Speaking of rain, I'm crossing my fingers for a little break. Matt and I have been itching to go outside and play in the dirt...

Yesterday,I finally got to plant the Sweet Meat and summer squash that I started indoors, it wasn't ieal but it wasn't raining. Hopefully you'll be able to get your hands dirty soon.
Nice! :)
What lovely photos!
We spent the day working in the garden between showers. Still so much to do but, it was so good to get hands in the dirt/mud!
Oh. Lovely photos! Especially the last one, I adore daisies. :)
p.s. We watched King's Speech this passed weekend as well! Incredibly inspiring movie - one of my all-time favorites.
@Lola - it seems like every time the sun comes out, I'm nowhere near my home. If I have to wait much longer, I'll go out and plant seeds in my raincoat! Hehe. Actually, I got some stuff done today, and I'm feeling happy about it. :)
@Hannah - I agree! I can understand why it won so many awards. We had to watch it twice. :)
