Lunch

My favorite way to eat tuna: mixed with homemade bread & butter pickles, dilly beans, a minced clove of garlic, salt & pepper, and just the tiniest squeeze of mayo. I rarely eat breakfast, but lunch has my utmost respect.

How do you eat your tuna?

  1. My very favorite way to eat tuna is mixed with mayo and capers on good french bread toasted..Yum!

  2. I made a tuna panini last week--it was a Giada De Laurentiss recipe, but I can't remember what book....At any rate, it was tuna with artichokes and olives and tomato--very yummy!

  3. Tuna: onion, celery, curry, turmeric, red pepper, and crushed corn chips to garnish for the salty crunch, eaten on romaine lettuce with sliced tomatoes. :)
